WP Design > Customize defect after update

Hey there.
After the latest update from 1.05 to 1.10 “Design > customize” is not avaiable…

Response:
“Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I solved the problem by myself. The plugin “Page Builder by SiteOrigin” caused the “500 Internal Error”.
After deactivating the plugin everything works fine!
