wp google maps not working

Solved.

~~I can’t get wp google maps to work.~~

there is a directory for it in uploads, but the plugin says it can’t find it

plugin website says that “footer.php” file is critical, but I do not see one listed in the appearance editor.

Suggestions?

~~Ok, I see that the footer.php is inherited from the parent and isn’t directly visible in the child?~~

I have another plugin that doesn’t work as well: Remove Widget titles.
