I went to your update page, downloaded the zip file and then tried to upload that to my FTP via my host.

Well in that case I don’t think it worked as it is showing an old version as I mentioned in previous note..

What should I do, I followed your instruction.. went to my host and uploaded to themes/encounters/

No prob’s about membership.. I like what you do.

    Hey,

I check there, if I look at encounters theme parent it is still showing 1.3 and my encounters child is 0.1.0

Should I have uploaded to the child theme or parent?

I have just signed up again for full year membership…

    Help..

Yes, I do have a child theme of encounters.

If it’s easy, then I will give it a go..

    Hi

Yes I know about all those features and columns etc.. but they don’t seem to apply when inserting into ‘blog page’

I’ll have another try, but when I try to use something, let’s say the inset top, it sits below content rather than above it?

So, while yes, I could put an image into an area, it seems I am not able to do so with the blog page.

    Attached screen shot again…

It is the heart images there are 4 (two in each widget) and they are all 180 x 180

Yes, they do look fine on desktop but not on iPad or IPhone

    Thanks,

    Thank you,

No, it’s not the customiser, it’s the colour select box in the post section.

But, if it’s a bug with WordPress 3.9 then I guess they will fix it, but I will write to them, there are other weird things, but the inability to choose to change colour of font is a real problem.

As for my side note, regarding colour customisation, I have always found that temperamental, but it could just be me and the way I do things when I lay out a post, which up until now has not really been a problem because I could also change the font colour as I went along..

The main titles always stay the colour I want, but any other titles are a bit hit and miss, but again, I think it’s me not the theme

Maybe I will revert back to 3.8 until they sort it out..

    Anyway, thanks again,
