    Hello Elizabeth,

    Thanks for your concern again!
    As you mentioned, relying on a plugin that cannot be updated seems like a problematic way to go with a paid, premium theme, that’s a valid point from your side. However we don’t have any plans to upgrade at the moment but we’ll keep that in mind to find the alternatives in the future release hopefully soon.

    Regarding WooCommerce sidebar, there seems to be a bug associated to the theme, we just noticed.
    We’ll release an update after fixing the issue and follow you back earlier by Next week.

    Thanks for your feedbacks again. We’ll follow you back after the updates.

    Best Regards,

    Hello Lance,

    Thanks for contacting us!
    If you use Jetpack, the Widget Visibility option allows you to display the widget content to your desired area.
    Please find Jetpack Widget Visibility reference
    Else, you can also use a handy plugin called Widget Options Widget Options Plugin

    After you activate the plugin,
    1. Go to Widgets>>Banner
    2. Add your banner image. Just below the widget you’ll find the visibility option.
    3. Set the page to Home or your desired Location.
    4. Save the changes and you’re ready to go.

    Let us know.
    Thanks!

    Hello George,

    Well, the layout of the theme is built this way. We can provide you custom CSS if you wish to change the styles for specific section or content.
    However, if you want to display the widgets side by side you can place the Navigation widget inside the Bottom 3 Widget area and the Business hours Widget inside the Bottom 4 Widget area.

    For displaying Navigation widget items horizontal,
    Add this CSS inside Appearance>>Customize>>Additional CSS;

    .widget_nav_menu ul li {
        border-bottom: 0;
        display: inline-flex;
    }

    Let us know.
    Thanks!

    Hello David,

    To change the pagination color,
    Go to Dashboard>>Appearance>>Customize>>Additional CSS and add the following;

    .page_pagination a {
        color: #fff;
        background-color: #000;
    }

    Note: You can change the color and background color value of your own.

    Hi,

    To change the background color of button go to dashboard-> customizer -> Color Settings -> Button Colors

    Then after navigating to this section then change the “Button Background”.

    Thanks

    Hello Ken,

    Have you put any custom code? It seems there is plugin conflict. If you’ve used any third party plugin, please deactivate and reactivate them one by one to find out if any actual conflict is generated by the plugin.

    let us know.
    Thanks!

    Hello Andrea,

    For the mobile menu, if you click/touch on the + icon it shows you the subpages and if you directly click/touch on the parent menu item and not the icon it redirects you to particular pages, so with the submenu items.

    It works accordingly so please check and let us know.

    Thanks!

    Hello Andrea,

    Could you please elaborate so we can investigate it further?
    Please add the following css inside the additional css section of your customizer to adjust the minimum height for mobile devices;

    @media screen and (max-width: 768px){
     #content {
         min-height: -webkit-fill-available;
     }
    }

    let us know.
    Thanks!

    Hello Andrea,

    The theme is compatible with the Widgetkit plugin. You can find the attachment below;
    You can use any slider plugin however all of they may not be functioning as it does with the Widgetkit.

    Thanks!

    Hello Elizabeth,

    Hello Ellen,
    There may be several reasons associated to uncaught ReferenceError and JQMIGRATE.
    It depends upon the inclusion of jQuery library, structure of js file or even we need to ensure jquery is loaded properly before the script. It can sometimes be some server configuration difference and/or https issue. We’ve testd but we don’t get more information from developer tools so we need to test the plugin locally. Please attach the plugin file.

    Add this css inside Dashboard>>Additional css to render the form visibility;

    .gform_wrapper {
        display: block!important;
    }

    Thanks!
